Shipping policy

As we are a small independent family run business, please allow us 7 days to get your orders processed and shipped. We will aim to have them packed up and shipped out as quickly as we can, and they are delivered to you within 3-5 business days.

If your package is delayed please allow 10 days before contacting us and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as we can.

Please note if an incorrect shipping address is given, we will be unable to refund or resend your order. However if the parcel is undeliverable or is returned to us, we can resend the order when the correct address is given!

 

Delivery charge is set at £2.50 on all orders under £40. If you spend £40 or more it will be free delivery!
